Delivery Charges
•Delivery charges are based on the weight and size of the parcel, as well as the delivery location.
•A flat rate of 400 KSH applies to deliveries within [local area]. For deliveries outside this area, rates will vary.
Delivery Timeframes
•Local deliveries: Orders within [local area] are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 1-3 business days.
•National deliveries: Orders within [country] are processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-7 business days.
•International deliveries: Delivery times may vary between 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Order Processing
•Orders placed before CUT OFF TIME 3 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
•We do not process or deliver orders on public holidays or weekends.

Failed Delivery Attempts
•If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will make another attempt. After 3 failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to our store, and additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
•In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We may require photo evidence to process a replacement or refund.• If your parcel is lost during transit, we will liaise with the courier service to resolve the issue quickly and ensure that you receive your goods.
